MSHA - Steel & Glass Doors

Background
The Mine Safety and Health Administration (MSHA), part of the U.S. Department of Labor (DOL), is seeking to replace ten steel and glass doors across various buildings at its A&CC campus due to deterioration. The replacement is necessary to mitigate safety hazards posed by the degraded doors to building occupants.

Work Details
The contractor shall provide the following services:

1. Removal, disposal, and installation of ten (10) steel and glass doors, including door hardware, frames, and weatherproofing/stripping.

2. The new doors must match the size, type, and quality of the existing doors being replaced.

3. Any locking hardware must be keyed to match the existing doors.

4. The contractor will also be responsible for painting the new doors and frames to match the color of those being replaced.

Specific tasks include:
- General removal/disposal/installation/finishing of doors/frames/hardware as per provided specifications.
- Dimensions for existing doors are specified in a table detailing location, width, height, thickness, and window presence for each door.
