MSC Underway Replenishment Training Center (MUTC) Service   3

Background
The Military Sealift Command (MSC) is seeking instructor personnel support for in-house and exportable training courses at the MSC Training Center Hampton Roads (TCHR) and the MSC Underway Replenishment Training Center (MUTC). The contractor will also provide equipment maintenance support at the MUTC training site. MSC operates a fleet of Combat Logistics Force (CLF) and Service Support ships, providing sealift and fleet support services to the Department of Defense (DoD).

Work Details
The contractor shall provide instructor personnel for in-house MSC training courses at TCHR and MUTC training centers, including equipment maintenance support at MUTC. They shall also export the training courses and conduct Shipboard Qualification Trials (SQTs) training onboard MSC vessels worldwide. During national or pandemic emergencies, all training services and personnel positions listed in this PWS are considered 'mission essential'. The number of training courses at the schoolhouse and exported to MSC vessels worldwide will vary depending on MSC requirements to crew the vessels with new hire and relief personnel. Training course schedules are developed quarterly, with additional courses added as needed.

The period of performance is from June 6, 2022, to November 17, 2027.

Place of Performance
The schoolhouse work will be performed in classrooms at FT Eustis and Little Creek, VA. Exportable training courses will be conducted onboard MSC vessels at CONUS and OCONUS locations.
