This amendment Answers Q&A 0003 and replaces the Pricing Spreadsheer/

All questions shall be received no later than 13 December 2021, 1200 (noon) Norfolk, VA time.

Amendment 0001 - extends the response date to 7 January 2022 at 1200 (noon) Norfolk, VA time.

Amendment 0002 - changes FAR Provisions 52.212-1 and 52.212-2 from incorporated by reference to full-text, edit an error in addendum to clause 52.212-1 to remove reference to the afloat inventory in subfactor B - Management and Transition Support, as well as extending the response date to 24 January 2022.

Background
The solicitation is for a contract with the Military Sealift Command (MSC) for Material Management.
