Description

Please see the attached synopsis for Military Sealift Command's Advertising and Recruiting Services.

Background
The Military Sealift Command (MSC) is seeking advertising and recruiting services for MSC Civilian Mariners (CIVMAR). The contractor is required to provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary for advertising, marketing, recruiting, and 24/7 call center support for CIVMAR. Additionally, the contractor will be responsible for contract management, coordination of recruitment/hiring events, employment data analysis, website management services, CIVMAR instructional activities, onboarding and screening support, and related administrative tasks for the hiring, promotion, and retention of current, future, and prospective CIVMARs.

Work Details
The contractor's support services will include advertising, marketing, recruiting of and 24/7 call center support for MSC Civilian Mariners (CIVMAR), as well as associated support functions such as contract management, coordination of recruitment/hiring events, employment data analysis, website management services, CIVMAR instructional activities, onboarding and screening support. The contractor is expected to provide all necessary personnel and resources to fulfill these requirements.

Period of Performance
The contract is expected to have a five-year period of performance with an anticipated award date of 28 November 2022.
