MROTC Surveillance Upgrade   3

Background
The MROTC Surveillance Upgrade contract is issued by the Tinker Air Force Base, which aims to enhance surveillance capabilities. The goal of this contract is to provide necessary equipment and installation services to ensure a fully operational surveillance system in compliance with the original equipment manufacturer's specifications.

Work Details
The contractor is required to deliver and install various surveillance equipment as specified in the Statement of Work. The items include:
- Five (5) PLMT-1001 - Pole mount for large PENDT WLMT-1001
- Five (5) POE60U-1BTE - Gigabit 802.3bt 60W PoE injector; indoor single port
- Five (5) H4AMH-AD-IRIL1 - Optional IR illuminator ring; up to 30m (100ft); for use with H4AMH-DO-COVR1
- Five (5) Outdoor rated POE switch large temperature range
- Five (5) Power supply for media converter
- One (1) 24C-H5A-3MH - 3X8MP; WDR; 270 degrees max FOV; light catcher; 3.3-5.7MM; camera only
- One (1) H5AMH-AD-PEND1 - Outdoor pendant mount adapter; for use with the Avigilon H5A multisensory
- One (1) H5AMH-DO-COVR1 - Dome bubble and cover; for outdoor surface mount or pendant mount; clear; for use with the Avigilon H5A multisensory.
- One (1) WLMT-1001 - Wall mount for large pendant camera
- One (1) Ethernet PoE switch – 16 ports.

Additionally, the contractor must provide delivery, offloading, installation, performance verification, calibration, and a standard one-year warranty on all equipment.

Period of Performance
The proposal due date has been extended from May 27, 2026, to June 30, 2026.

Place of Performance
The performance will take place at Tinker Air Force Base, Oklahoma, specifically in Buildings and 3001.

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must comply with specific requirements including:
- The contractor shall provide a certification stating that no hazardous materials will be brought on base or used during contract performance.
- Compliance with environmental protection laws and safety regulations is mandatory.
- Contractors must have training related to Resource Conservation Recovery Act (RCRA) regulations.

Additionally, contractors must ensure that all equipment meets OEM specifications and provide necessary documentation such as calibration certificates.
