MRAP All-Terrain Vehicle (M-ATV) Systems Technical Support and System Sustainment Technical Support (STS/SSTS)   3

Background
The Product Manager Multi-Mission Protected Vehicle Systems (PdM MPVS) requires System Technical Support/System Sustainment Technical Support (STS/SSTS) services for the Mine Resistant Ambush Protected-All Terrain Vehicle (M-ATV) Family of Vehicles (FoVs). These services consist of tasks and efforts in the areas of Engineering Management, Configuration Management, and Logistics Management and Defense Logistics Center (DLC) Technician Services. The contract will consist of five ordering years with estimated total quantity over the life of the contract being 105,000 labor hours. The USG will procure all requirements for STS/SSTS services for M-ATVs using this contract until expiration.

Work Details
The services include tasks and efforts in the areas of Engineering Management, Configuration Management, and Logistics Management and Defense Logistics Center (DLC) Technician Services. Task Orders (TOs) will be issued throughout the life of the contract to designate specific contractor services to be executed with unique Performance Work Statements (PWS) and Periods of Performance (PoP) to meet PdM MPVS requirements.
Specific STS/SSTS efforts will be added to the contract by awarding labor hours via TOs. The contractor shall propose the specific labor categories to accomplish the PWS which will be used to establish a single composite labor rate for each Ordering Period.

Period of Performance
The contract will consist of five ordering years. The estimated total quantity over the life of the contract is 105,000 labor hours.
