MQ-9 Reaper Contractor Logistics Support and Services CY21   2

This requirement is for the procurement of MQ-9 Depot Level Support and Services for calendar year 2021. The Government intends to award a sole source contract pursuant to the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c) (1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1 to General Atomics Aeronautical Systems, Inc. (GA-ASI). The anticipated contract will have a one year period of performance and will include the following: program management, urgent repairs and services, logistics support, configurations management, technical manual and software maintenance, engineering technical services, contractor field service representative support, contractor inventory control point and supply support/spares management, depot repairs, flight operations support, reliability and maintainability studies/enhancements, maintenance data collection/entry and depot field maintenance for the MQ-9 (Reaper) Remotely Piloted Aircraft (RPA) program. Performance of these services is required in the Continental United Stated (CONUS), outside the Continental United States (OCONUS), and at the GA-ASI facilities. IAW FAR 5.207 (c)(16)(ii), this serves as notification that all responsible sources may submit a capability statement or proposal which will be considered by the agency.

The solicitation will be made available through the Government Point of Entry and is anticipated on or around 19 December 2019.
