MQ-8C Interactive Electronic Technical Manual (IETM) Troubleshooting Data Modules

The Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR), Patuxent River, MD, awarded a Cost Plus Fixed Fee (CPFF) modification to existing delivery order, N00019-21-F-0182, under an existing Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA), N00019-20-G-0005, to Northrop Grumman Systems Corporation (NGSC), 17066 Goldentop Road, San Diego, CA 92127-2412 for the procurement of MQ-8C Interactive Electronic Technical Manuals (IETM) fault isolation and troubleshooting data modules for the various MQ-8C systems, including development of new data modules when required. This modification was awarded to NGSC in the amount of $1,501,807.

This acquisition was pursued on a sole-source basis under statutory authority of Title 10, U.S.C. Section 2304(c)(1), as implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.302-1, "Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements." A determination by the Government not to compete this effort is solely within the discretion of the Government. This effort is covered under the Class Justification and Approval (CJ&A) number 19-0048 redacted version attached to this announcement.
