MQ-1C Gray Eagle Performance Based Logistics

The Army Contracting Command - Redstone has a requirement for a new Performance Based Logistics effort for FYs 2024 2029 contract for the MC-1C Gray Eagle (ACAT) IC program. This requirement is for product support to the Gray Eagle Unmanned Aircraft System (UAS). This support consists of overall logistics support and Gray Eagle fleet sustainment operations within the Contiguous United States (CONUS) and Outside Contiguous United States (OCONUS). The logistics requirements include program management, system sustainment, readiness management and support services, contractor-managed supply maintenance support, equipment maintenance forms and records, sustainment training, urgent repairs and services, maintenance and advice on software configuration management, contractor field service representatives (CFSR) and supply chain management. The contract will provide for management of inventory control and supply point operations, modeling and spares management as well as sustainment of material, equipment transportation and shipping, depot-level material repair, supply support, and logistics automated systems. The logistics requirements will provide support to the commanders for the deployed OCONUS and CONUS units. The Gray Eagle maintenance concept for field repair will be conducted by soldiers and Field Service Representatives for all OCONUS and CONUS maintenance requirements. The period of performance for this effort is anticipated to be 24 October 2024 23 October 2029, with one base year and four one-year options.

Authority Cited is 10 United States Code (USC) 2304(c)(1), as implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.302-1(a)(2)(iii)(B), "Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements."
