AMENDMENT 03 Posting Notice:
The Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA), Defense Information Technology Contracting Organization (DITCO) National Capital Region (NCR) has issued AMENDMENT 03 to the solicitation HC1047-18-R-4008 for Mission Partner Environment (MPE) Network Engineering Services for the Combatant Commands (CCMDs) today, March 29, 2018. AMENDMENT 03 and AMENDMENT 03 attachment can be found in the attachments and the changes resulting from the responses to the RFP Questions are indicated by pink highlights.
The purpose of AMENDMENT 03 is to provide clarification to a question received regarding Attachent 6 "Pricing Worksheet". Attachment 11 is added to provide the response and the change to RFP Section J is highlighted in pink to indicate the addition of Attachment 11. No other changes to the solicitation or associated attachments have been made.
THERE IS NO EXTENSION TO THE PROPOSAL DEADLINE AS A RESULT OF AMENDMENT 03. THE PROPOSAL DEADLINE REMAINS APRIL 5, 2018 AT 4:00PM EST.

AMENDMENT 02 and AMENDMENT 02 attachments can be found in the attachments and the changes resulting from the responses to the RFP Questions are indicated by green highlights.
The purpose of AMENDMENT 02 is to provide responses to questions that affect the solicitation, which came as a direct result of Amendment 01. The responses to the questions are within Attachment 10 "Responses to Amendment 01 Questions".

AMENDMENT 01 and AMENDMENT 01 attachments can be found in the attachments and the changes resulting from the responses to the RFP Questions are indicated by blue highlights. All responses to the RFP Questions can be found in "Attachment 9 Responses to RFP Questions".
The purpose of AMENDMENT 01 is to provide responses to the questions submitted for the RFP, which are provided within Attachment 9 "Responses to RFP Questions". As a result of AMENDMENT 01, the proposal deadline has been extended to April 5, 2018 at 4:00PM EST.

The solicitation can be found in the attachments and the changes resulting from the responses to the DRAFT RFP Questions are indicated by yellow highlights. All responses to the DRAFT RFP Questions can be found in "Attachment 8 Responses to DRAFT RFP Questions".

All interested parties will be able to download and print a copy of the solicitation, attachments and any resulting amendments at the website (www.FBO.gov). In accordance with the FAR, all Contractors wishing to do business with the Department of Defense must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database. SAM registration can be completed by going to the following website: www.SAM.gov.
