Background
The United States Coast Guard (USCG) Finance Center is seeking the services of a professional moving company to efficiently relocate 470 employees to new cubicles or office spaces.
The goal of this contract is to ensure a smooth transition while minimizing disruptions to ongoing operations.

Work Details
The project will be carried out in several phases:
1. Pre-Move Planning and Coordination: Conduct a comprehensive site assessment, collaborate with USCG representatives to finalize the move schedule, confirm move dates, and develop a detailed moving plan for USCG's review and approval.
2. Provision of Packing Materials: Deliver 2,500 packing boxes and an adequate supply of packing materials by March 7th.
3. Employee Communication and Preparation: Coordinate with USCG representatives to ensure employees are prepared for the move.
4. Moving Day Operations: Transport personal and work-related items from current offices to new locations on March 21st – 23rd, ensuring proper placement based on labeling provided by employees.
5. Post-Move Cleanup and Final Inspection: Conduct a final inspection with USCG representatives, dispose of empty boxes and packing materials in an environmentally friendly manner on March 28th, and address any damaged items promptly.
