Background
The contract is issued for the Osan Air Base, which is part of the United States Air Force's mission to provide support and services to military personnel and their families.

The goal of this contract is to ensure efficient pick-up and delivery of furniture and appliances, as well as warehouse services, to meet the needs of the base and its residents.

Work Details
The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items necessary to perform Pick-Up and Delivery Furniture/Appliances as defined in the Performance Work Statement (PWS).

The contractor will be responsible for:
1. Providing storage services within 10.5 miles or 17 kilometers of USAF Osan AB.
2. Ensuring approximately 7200 sq. ft. of storage space is available for government-owned furniture and appliances.
3. Utilizing material handlers and equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks to transfer approximately 300 pallets from transport vehicles to the designated warehouse storage facility.
4. Loading, transporting, and unloading government-owned furniture, appliances, and miscellaneous household items between the Furnishing Management Warehouse (FMW) on Osan Air Base and residences on-base or off-base within a 35-mile radius.
5. Conducting operations during specified hours (0730 – 1630) Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. Government legal holidays.

Period of Performance
The period of performance for this contract spans from January 1, 2026, to December 31, 2026 for the base year, with options for extensions through December 31 in subsequent years up to December 31, 2030.

Place of Performance
The services will be performed at Osan Air Base and within a 35-mile radius off-base.
