Background
The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) is seeking a contractor to provide moving and storage services, which include temporary storage, transportation, assembly, design/layout, and disassembly for current inventory as well as anticipated equipment orders.

This contract aims to support the VA's mission in managing its logistics and inventory effectively. The contract will be for a base period of one year with four additional one-year option periods.

Work Details
The contractor shall provide the following services:
- Temporary storage
- Transportation
- Assembly
- Design/Layout
- Disassembly

These services will be required for both current inventory and anticipated equipment orders. The contract includes specific pricing for various service categories over multiple option periods:
1. **Option 1** (03-19-2027 to 03-18-2028):
- Storage Fee: 12 months
2. **Option 2** (03-19-2028 to 03-18-2029):
- Installation and Relocation: 500 JB
- After hours delivery or installation services: 10 JB
- Storage Fee: 12 months
3. **Option 3** (03-19-2029 to 03-18-2030):
- Installation and Relocation: 500 JB
- After hours delivery or installation services: 10 JB
- Storage Fee: 12 months
4. **Option 4** (03-19-2030 to 03-18-2031):
- Installation and Relocation: 500 JB
- After hours delivery or installation services: 10 JB
- Phase In / Phase Out Services between old contract and new contract: 4 JB

Period of Performance
The base period is for one year with four optional years, starting from the award date.

Place of Performance
Services will be performed at the Dallas VA Medical Center located at 4500 S. Lancaster Rd., Dallas, TX.
