Background
The Department of the Air Force, specifically the United States Space Force, is issuing this solicitation to procure a Movie Trailer for the 21st Force Support Squadron at Peterson Space Force Base (SFB), Colorado. The goal of this contract is to provide a fully equipped movie trailer that meets specific operational requirements for use at the base.

Work Details
The contractor will provide a fully enclosed one-piece trailer that houses an electronic LED screen with a mounted hydraulic lift. The trailer must meet the following specifications:
- Dimensions: Minimum 25’ Long x 8’ Wide x 12’ Tall.
- LED Screen: 17’ Wide and 10’ Tall.
- Production Equipment: Includes audio system, battery, LED panels, laptop for operation, and LED controller.
- Audio Requirements: At minimum, includes a 4x1 audio extractor HDMI switch, two outdoor projection speakers, an amplifier, and a 12-channel mixer.
- Laptop: An upgraded laptop capable of supporting all control requirements for the audio system.
- LED Panels: Must have an extended life warranty lasting 100,000 hours with a minimum resolution of 1080p.
- Battery Kit: Assembled and installed on the trailer to allow for a minimum of 8 hours run time.
- LED Controller: Assembled and installed to operate and control the LED screen.
