Mountain Home National Cemetery Expansion - Construction   3

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Nashville District, anticipates soliciting a requirement for a firm fixed price construction contract to provide improvements to an existing cemetery. The project will occur in the older historical section of cemetery and has the following scope:

The requirements for construction services for Gravesite Expansion on New Land project at Mountain Home National Cemetery (MHNC), Tennessee. The goal of this project is to provide Gravesite Expansion on existing undeveloped cemetery property at MHNC.

Gravesite Expansion on New Land project will occur in the new section of cemetery and has the following scope - construct:

1. 2700+ Pre-Placed Crypts (PPCs)
2. 1500+ In-Ground Cremains (IGCs)
3. 1500+ Columbarium niches (walls 5 niches high)
4. Supporting roads, grounds, and infrastructure, to include automated irrigation

The estimated Period of Performance for completion of construction is 450 calendar days.

The anticipated NAICS code is 237990 - Other Heavy & Civil Engineering Construction with a small business size standard of $39.5 Million in annual receipts.
