Contractors are required to comply with Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) licensing, State and local regulations for handling of items containing radioactive H3 tritium (see page 2 and narrative E.10 Wipe Testing Requirements for Newly Procured Radioactive Commodities on pages 23-24 of the solicitation) . Prime Contractors need to have an active NRC license to be considered for award on this procurement.

The Government does not have a program in place to collect any radioactive H3 tritium waste from the manufacturing or FAT process at contractor facilities. This cost must be accounted for in your proposal pricing.

Proposals for solicitation SPRDL1-25-R-0055 are due-in by COB 26 Jun 2025.
