Background
The Mount Rainier National Park Boiler Heat Replacement project is initiated by the National Park Service (NPS) to replace the existing boiler and heating components in an apartment building located adjacent to the Ohanapecosh Campground. The project aims to enhance heating efficiency and ensure compliance with modern standards.

The NPS is committed to maintaining the infrastructure of the park while providing necessary amenities for visitors and staff.

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for removing and replacing existing boiler and heating components according to the Statement of Work (SOW). This includes:
- Installation of a new boiler system, including all necessary piping, fittings, valves, and associated hardware.
- Ensuring that all work complies with applicable codes and standards for plumbing, heating, and air conditioning.
- Providing all labor, materials, supervision, and equipment necessary for the completion of the project.
- Conducting inspections and tests as required by the government to ensure compliance with contract requirements.

Period of Performance
The contract performance period is from September 8, 2025, to November 28, 2025.

Place of Performance
The construction work will be performed at Mount Rainier National Park, specifically at an apartment building accessed from WA State Route 123, adjacent to the Ohanapecosh Campground.
