MOTSU Berm Repair FY25, Military Ocean Terminal at Sunny Point (MOTSU), Brunswick County, North Carolina. The primary objective of this project is improving deficient earthen berms acting as barriers between ammunition and explosive (AE) storage areas. This has been identified as a mission critical project for Military Ocean Terminal Sunny Point (MOTSU). Procured by the USACE Wilmington District.
Background
The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Wilmington District, is issuing this solicitation for the MOTSU Berm Repair FY25 project at the Military Ocean Terminal at Sunny Point in Brunswick County, North Carolina.

The goal of this contract is to repair and maintain the berms at the terminal to ensure operational readiness and safety.

Work Details
The scope of work includes the following tasks:
1. Add revised RTA drawing sheets in response to ProjNet inquiry.
2. Include a Technical Summary of Changes.
3. Update the Notice to Offerors to specify that unit prices shall be rounded to the nearest whole dollar.
4. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged.

Period of Performance
The contract will be performed over a period of 365 calendar days after the Notice to Proceed is issued.
