This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This is a 100% set-aside for small business. The solicitation number is F3Z0406222AW02; this solicitation is a request for quotation. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2015-89 effective 15 Aug 16; Defense DPN 201-60811 Effective 15 Aug 16; and AFAC 2016-0603 effective 03 Jun 16. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 611692. The business size standard is $7,000,000. The Federal Supply Class (FSC) is U008. The Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) is 7999.

Travis AFB has a requirement for Motorcycle Safety Training, in accordance with the attached Statement of Work. The base contract is for a one year period of performance. Please see the attached Statement of Work and Appendix for the requirement.
Award shall be made in the aggregate, all or none.

The Government's obligation under this contract is contingent upon the availability of appropriated funds from which payment for contract purposes can be made.
