Motek CAREN Maintenance - Brooke Army Medical Center

Background
This requirement is for recurring annual maintenance, software updates, and other services required for ongoing operation of Motek Computer Assisted Rehabilitation Environment (CAREN) equipment located at Brooke Army Medical Center (BAMC), Joint Base San Antonio, Fort Sam Houston, Texas.

This requirement is solicited by the Medical Readiness Contracting Office - West (MRCO-W), United States Army Health Contracting Activity (USACHA). The contract action is noncompetitive due to the limited availability of sources and proprietary nature of this requirement.

Work Details
The contractor shall perform the following tasks:
1. Maintain the D-Flow Software at the latest release version, supplying updates as they become available.
2. Provide default Motek LLC modules; non-default modules will be available for purchase at discounted rates.
3. Provide one complete scheduled service on-site visit annually and submit a service report within 72 hours post-service completion.
4. Provide technical support for CAREN System setup, basic operation, integration, and operation with ancillary items.
5. Ensure all maintenance is performed by OEM field service engineers who are authorized, certified, and trained in maintaining the Motek CAREN system.

Period of Performance
The contract will be performed annually with ongoing maintenance and support as specified in the performance requirements.

Place of Performance
Brooke Army Medical Center (BAMC), Joint Base San Antonio, Fort Sam Houston, Texas.

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must demonstrate technical capability to perform in accordance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS). They must provide standard maintenance plan information or explicitly acknowledge individual aspects of the PWS.
