Mosquito Lake Control Tower Structural Standing Seam Metal Roof Replacement   2

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Pittsburgh District has a project that involves the complete replacement of the standing seam metal roof on the Control Tower Building at Mosquito Creek Lake in Cortland, Ohio. The work is to be completed within 365 calendar days after written Notice to Proceed (NTP). Rough Estimate of this non-commercial construction project is between $150,000.00 and $350,000.00. The work includes rerouting existing vent and exhaust pipes through the masonry side wall, installing a new gutter system, and integrating a new, certified, non-penetrating Lightning Protection System. The North American Industrial Classification Code (NAICS) is 238160 - Roofing Contractors. The Small Business Size Standard is $19,000,000.00. Any resultant award will be for one (1) Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) Contract. The Request for Quote (RFQ) will be issued on, or about, 4 September 2026, via the Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment (PIEE), which posts the opportunity to SAM.gov. The anticipated award date is 13 November 2026. Basis of Award is best value to the Government. Quotes will be evaluated in accordance with (IAW) RFO 12.203(a), price and past performance. The Government reserves the right to reject any quotes that are unrealistically low or exceed available funds for this requirement.
