Background
The Modeling, Software and Engineering Support II (MOSES II) contract is issued by the Air Force Technical Application Center (AFTAC) to provide scientific and technological support for research, development, maintenance, sustainment, and enhancement of complex systems.

This contract aims to fulfill the requirements of the AFTAC 709th Surveillance and Analysis Group (SAG) through both on-site and off-site personnel. The suite of software applications developed or acquired for AFTAC evaluators is designed to collect, process, analyze mission data, and generate scientific and technical reports.

Work Details
The contractor shall provide technological support for requirements maintenance, sustainment, and enhancement of complex systems under various pricing arrangements including Firm Fixed Price and Cost Plus Fixed Fee.

Specific tasks include:
1. Technological support for operational maintenance (O&M) of complex systems as per the Performance Work Statement (PWS), Attachment 1.
2. Research and development (R&D) support for complex systems.
3. Provision of equipment and travel costs as outlined in the PWS.
4. Data deliverables for all line items as specified in the PWS.

Period of Performance
The contract will be performed from April 1, 2025, to March 31, 2030 for the base period, with an optional period extending from April 1, 2030 to September 30, 2032.

Place of Performance
The primary location for performance is at Patrick Air Force Base, Florida.
