Background
The Modeling, Software and Engineering Support II (MOSES II) contract is issued by the Air Force Technical Application Center (AFTAC) to provide scientific and technological support for the 709th Surveillance and Analysis Group (SAG).

The goal of this contract is to enhance the capabilities of AFTAC through contracted services that support research, development, maintenance, and sustainment of complex systems. This includes the provision of software applications designed for data collection, processing, analysis, and reporting.

Work Details
The contractor shall provide technological support for requirements maintenance, sustainment, and enhancement of complex systems. This includes:
1. Technological support for operational and maintenance (O&M) requirements as per the Performance Work Statement (PWS), Attachment 1.
2. Technological support for research and development (R&D) requirements as per the PWS.
3. Provision of equipment and travel costs as outlined in the PWS.
4. Deliverables include data deliverables for CLINs 0001 to 0006 as specified in the PWS.

Period of Performance
The contract will be performed over two periods: Base Period from April 1, 2025 to March 31, 2030, followed by an Optional Period from April 1, 2030 to September 30, 2032.

Place of Performance
The contract will be performed at the Air Force Technical Application Center located at Patrick AFB, FL.
