Background
The Mortuary Affairs Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) is issued for Minot Air Force Base (AFB) to establish standards for the operation of Department of Defense (DoD) facilities providing mortuary services.

4. Training requirements for unlicensed assistants who may perform specific tasks under supervision.
5. Quality Control Plan (QCP) to ensure compliance with performance standards and metrics for service delivery.
6. Procedures for receiving remains 24/7 and maintaining physical security at mortuary facilities.
