Description

The Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) is providing industry and potential offerers with notice that the Request for Proposals (RFP) for the Morale, Welfare, and Recreation (MWR) Internet Caf Program (ICP) requirement will be issued on or around August 29, 2016.

The MWR ICP requirement will provide Internet and telephone services to troops serving in areas that are considered remote and isolated. The requirement is for a deployable turn-key commercial satellite communications system and services to support MWR Internet Caf s.

The contract will be awarded competitively as a Single-Award Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity with a 1-year base period and six 1-year option year periods.

The contract will be awarded to the offeror who provides the lowest price technically acceptable proposal utilizing the procedures listed under FAR Part 15.

This is not a request for proposals, and any proposals received as a result of this notice will not be considered.
