Morale, Welfare, and Recreation (MWR) Internet Café Program (ICP) Request for Proposal (RFP)   4

The Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA)/Defense Information Technology Contracting Organization (DITCO) is soliciting proposals for the Morale, Welfare, and Recreation (MWR) Internet Caf Program (ICP) requirement. The MWR ICP requirement will provide Internet and telephone services to troops serving in areas that are considered remote and isolated. The requirement is for a deployable turn-key commercial satellite communications system and services to support MWR Internet Caf s. A detailed description of the requirement and scope of work is located in Section C of the solicitation.
The contract will be awarded competitively as a Single-Award Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (ID/IQ) with a 1-year base period and six 1-year option year periods.
The contract will be awarded to the offeror who provides the lowest price technically acceptable proposal utilizing the procedures listed under FAR Part 15.

Any and all questions are due to DITCO no later than (NLT) Tuesday, September 6, 2016, at 8:00 AM (CDT) and should be addressed to crista.n.decker.civ@mail.mil and lynn.m.buss.civ@mail.mil. The government will post responses and/or amendments to the solicitation to FedBizOpps NLT Friday, September 9, 2016.

Information regarding proposal submission is located in Section L of the solicitation. All proposals are due Monday, September 26, 2016, at 8:00 AM (CDT). Requests to extend the proposal due date will NOT be granted.
