Morale, Welfare, and Recreation (MWR) Global Internet Connect Program (ICP)   2

The Government requires voice telephony and Internet Protocol (IP)-based data services to support the MWR ICP. The MWR ICP supports Department of Defense (DOD), United States (US) Government non-DOD organizations and DOD Element deployed personnel with the ability to make personal long-distance OCONUS telephone calls, access the internet, email, and video chat with family and friends while deployed.

*Modifying to update proposal due date from January 4, 2023 to January 18, 2023. The RFP "SBS0036 HC101322R0006 AMD 01 RFP" and "Attachment 10- Section L Instructions to Offerors_AMD 01" have both been updated and attached under attachments.

*Modification AMD 02 is to add/revise the following attachments: Add Questions and Answers "Attachment 12_Questions_Answers" as well as a Revised PWS "Attachment 1- PWS_Revised_V1", revised Pricing Schedule "Attachment 2 Pricing Schedule Section B MWR Pricing Proposal_V1", revised NDA "Attachment 7- NDA Offeror-Contractor Support Personnel_Revised_V1", revised Instructions to Offerors "Section L Instructions to Offerors_AMD 02", revised RFP "HC101322R0006_SBS0036_AMD02" and add "Attachment 13-MWR ICP Locations"
