Amendment 0004 (05 July 2023)

1. This amendment corrects an error in Excel cell D21 in the Price Schedule, Special Requirements Tab.

Amendment 0003 (30 June 2023)

NOTE: Amendment SF-30 was inadvertently left off of previous Amendment 0003 posting. It has been added as an attachment to this posting. There are only 3 amendments to this solicitation.

The following changes have been incorporated:
1. Attachment 4, Pricing Schedule, Special Requirements Tab, has been corrected as the result of an Excel formula error in
the Special Requirements Summary.
2. Revisions to the Pricing Schedule, Special Requirements Tab, will be submitted no later than 6 July 2023 at 2:00 PM.

Amendment 0002 (26 June 2023)

The following changes have been incorporated:

1. Attached Grounds Maintenance Questions and Answers 26 June 2023.
2. Revised Performance Work Statement with highlighted changes. Verbiage that has a strikethrough is removed from the PWS.
3. Revised Collective Bargaining Agreement with highlighted change at the beginning of the document.
4. Attached an editable Insurance Compliance document.

Amendment 0001 (6 June 2023)
The following changes have been incorporated and highlighted:
1. FA483023R0002 on SAM.gov: Attached 06 June 2023 Revised Base Pass stating the correct Site Visit date, 14 June 2023.

This solicitation is issued by the 23rd Contracting Squadron for non-personal services, to include all personnel, equipment, tools, supervision, and other items and services necessary to ensure that grounds maintenance is performed at Moody Air Force Base (AFB) and Grassy Pond Recreational Annex in a manner that will promote the growth of healthy grass, trees, shrubs, plants and associated landscaping to present a clean, neat, and professional appearance.

The contract will be a Firm Fixed-Price contract for all service maintaining Moody AFB grounds in accordance with the Performance Work Statement. The contractor shall provide continuous, efficient, and cost-effective service. The contractor shall provide or be responsible for having personnel with proper certification, qualifications, and licenses.

The contractor shall maintain facilities in a neat, clean, and orderly condition at all times. The contractor is encouraged and expected to use innovative approaches to accomplish requirements efficiently and effectively in a timely manner in a way that fosters pride and ownership in the work performed.

This is a Competitive 8(a) procurement limited to qualified/eligible firms in the Small Business Development Program. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 561730 (Services) with a small business size standard of $9.5 Million. The Federal Supply Classification code is S208, and the Government intends to award one contract under this program.

Period of Performance and Magnitude: The period of performance is to begin on 01 October 2023 with a 12-month base year and four (4) option years. All work shall be in strict compliance with the specifications of the contract and the Performance Work Statement.

The Government intend to conduct a site visit for this proposal. The exact date of the site visit is identified in this solicitation.
