Moody AFB, Grounds Maintenance   3

This procurement is a firm fixed-price Grounds Maintenance Service designed to provide non-personal services, to include all personnel, equipment, tools, supervision, and other items and services necessary to ensure grounds maintenance is performed at Moody Air Force Base (AFB) and Grassy Pond Recreational Annex, Georgia, in a manner that will promote the growth of healthy grass, trees, shrubs, plants, and associated landscaping to present a clean, neat, and professional appearance. Services rendered under the resulting contract shall be for a period of one base year and four one-year options.
