The purpose of this Task Order is to provide customer support, administration and

management controls to all 54 States and Territories in support of six GI Bill programs:

GI Bill Eligibility Processing Support Services, Recoupment Support Services,

Counseling Support Services, Training Support Services, and Marketing Support

Services. The Montgomery GI Bill Support Team (GIBST) performs the services in this

task order which assists the 54 States, Territories, and District of Columbia by providing

subject matter expertise and timely administration of all GI Bill programs.
