1--Sufficient interest in a conference has been communicated. The conference will be held as stated in solicitation section 00 21 00 paragraph 5 and as stated below. There is no seed project so conference will focus on RFP details and submission requirements.

2--W50S7L25RA003001 block 14 elaborates on the conference attendance requirements as well as section 00 21 00 pargraph 5 is updated to add letting the security guard know about conference attendance.

3--FAR Clause 52.223-23 deviation has been added

Construction Indefinite Delivery-Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Multiple Award Task Order Contract (MATOC) for maintenance, repair, and construction services in support of the National Guard activities in the State of Montana. These will be multi-disciplined contracts consisting of a five calendar year ordering period. The total of individual task orders placed against this contract shall not exceed $45M. This action is being solicited as a total small business set-aside. NAICS Code 236220 is applicable to this acquisition, $45 million is the small business size standard. The Governments intent is to award a contract to all qualifying offerors. At the task order level, the contracting officer may set-aside an individual task order for other socio-economic programs. This solicitation and all associated information, notices, and amendments will be posted at https://www.SAM.gov.

A conference is scheduled to take place on August 7th, at 11:00 AM MDT (local time) at the Civil Engineer Classroom (Building 60), 2800 Airport Ave B, Great Falls, MT 59404. Interested Contractors are highly encouraged to attend the conference. Approval must be attained prior to any access on the base. Failure to reach out in time to attain access may result in there being no opportunity to attend the conference. If there is minimal or no interest in the conference provided to the Contract Specialist or Contracting Officer, the conference will be canceled.
