Description

The Government has an electrical network that supplies power for incoming ships at the Truman Annex Mole Pier in Key West, Florida. The system consists of a 13.8kv high voltage loop system that services multiple unit substations. The 13.8kv system currently utilizes six (6) S&C SF6 gas switches. The Government has a project to replace these existing SF6 switches due to age with newer VISTA SD type switchgear. This project is for programming the new VISTA SD units proior to energizing.
