- Shipping and handling charges - Quantity: 1 EA

The supplier will conduct molding of each aircrew member at two locations:
1. Location 1: 315 N Airport Rd., Gypsum, CO 81637
- Dates for Location 1 options: October 4, 11; November 1, 8; December 6, 13
- Quantity needed: Complete 34 Ear Molds
2. Location 2: 19070 E Sunlight Way, BLDG 1000, Buckley SFB, Aurora, CO 80011
- Dates for Location 2 options: September 14-15, November 2-3, January 11-12 (2025)
- Quantity needed: Completed 150 Ear Molds

The supplier will provide:
- Two sets of CEP-C15 for each crew member (totaling 368 sets).
- All sets must be in a subdued color pattern (no neon colors).
- Molds and wires must be compatible with the HGU-56 flight helmet.
- Two CEP508-C15 per crew member with wire lengths of 17" & 11" and SMB Right Angle Connector Polycarbonate housing.
- Remake earpieces that do not fit properly for at least 90 days post-delivery at no additional charge.
- Charge only for molds made and CEP-C15 produced.
- Provide molds of ear with each completed CEPs and wires packaged in one box per person, labeled with the individual's name for easy identification.

Deliveries will be made to two locations in Colorado: Gypsum (315 N Airport Rd.) and Aurora (19070 E Sunlight Way).
