Background
This solicitation is issued by the U.S. Army as a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products, specifically for mold remediation supplies. Work Details
The contract includes the following items with their respective quantities and salient characteristics:

1. **Phoenix DryMAX XL Pro LGR Dehumidifier** (5 each): Must remove 140 pints daily with 300 CFM airflow and have a mobile design.

2. **Nilfisk Aero 21-01 5-Gallon Wet/Dry Vacuum** (7 each): Should have 127 CFM airflow, a water lift of 7 ft, and a capacity of 5.2 gallons.

3. **Westinghouse WPX2700e Electric Pressure Washer** (2 each): Required to have a water pressure of 2700 PSI and a maximum flow rate of 1.76 GPM.

4. **Mold Armor Professional Mold Kill & Control Spray** (60 each): Must be similar to Mold Armor or an equivalent product in a 32 oz spray bottle designed to kill mold.

Period of Performance
The contract will be performed within a timeframe specified by the contractor but is expected to be completed within 30 days from the date of order.
