Mold Remediation Services

Background
The Combat Readiness Training Center Gulfport (CRTC-Gulfport) is conducting market research for Mold Remediation Services. The goal of this contract is to ensure compliance with the needs of the requirement as outlined in the Performance Work Statement (PWS). This notice serves as a preliminary step for information and planning purposes only, and does not constitute a commitment by the Government.

Work Details
The contractor shall perform the following tasks:

- Conduct a thorough initial assessment to determine the extent and type of mold growth, identify the source of mold, and evaluate moisture sources causing the mold.
- Create a comprehensive remediation plan that outlines methods, timelines, and safety measures compliant with EPA and OSHA regulations.
- Provide all necessary equipment, supplies, manpower, and other resources needed to complete the job.
- Perform mold remediation in specified locations: Building 99 room 103, Building 100 room 103, Building 109 rooms 206 and 229, and Building 119 room 202.
- Implement proper containment and air filtration techniques to prevent the spread of microbial growth during remediation.
- Safely remove and dispose of mold-infested materials while cleaning salvageable surfaces.
- Manage containment areas using HEPA-filtered air scrubbers to maintain negative air pressure and ensure thorough cleaning and drying of all surfaces.
- Notify relevant stakeholders, document the remediation process, and conduct final inspections.

Place of Performance
The contract will be performed at various locations within CRTC-Gulfport including Building 99 room 103, Building 100 room 103, Building 109 rooms 206 and 229, and Building 119 room 202.
