Background

Work Details
The selected contractor shall provide all materials, labor, and equipment to complete the project 'Mold Assessment and Remediation' at FCC Beaumont, TX as per the attached Statement of Work. The work includes tasks such as mold assessment and remediation, submission of submittals within 10 calendar days after commencement of work, contractor use of premises including work hours, contraband regulations, explosives usage, parking arrangements, safety and accident prevention measures, payment services procedures, request for final inspection process, contract security requirements including criminal history check forms and assignment of contract administration office and functions. The solicitation also includes provisions for amendments to invitations for bids and submission of offers in English language and U.S. currency.

Period of Performance
The contractor shall begin performance within 10 calendar days and complete it within 98 calendar days after receiving award notice to proceed.

The contract will be performed at the Federal Correctional Complex located in Beaumont, TX.
