Modulator, Signal Generators (RF Module)   4

This requirement is for the fabrication, test and delivery of Modulator, Signal Generators (RF Module) to include teardown and evaluations, repairs and modification services to modify or develop variants that will significantly improve and maintain the Airborne Threat Simulation Organization's capabilities as a leader in electronic attack (EA) and active emitter systems for the simulation of threats against US forces in a dynamic electronic warfare environment.

Background
The solicitation amendment extends the submission deadline from 27 October 2021 to 26 November 2021 and revises language in section 3.3.1 of the Statement of Work (SOW). The contract is for the fabrication, testing, and delivery of Modulator, Signal Generators (RF Modules) as required in individual orders. The contractor is also responsible for teardown and evaluations, repairs, and modification services to meet new threats.

Work Details
The contractor shall provide Modulator, Signal Generator (RF Module) First Article units and test reports for CLINs 0001 & 0002. For CLINs 0003 & 0004, the contractor shall provide RF Module production units and test reports. Additionally, the contractor shall provide teardown and evaluation services for CLIN 0005, repair services for CLIN 0006, and modification services for CLIN 0007. The specifications and drawings referenced in paragraph 2.0 must be adhered to throughout the manufacturing process.
