Description

This Request for Information (RFI) is issued for the purpose of planning and market research only. A solicitation is not being issued at this time and there is no guarantee that any solicitation will result from this notice. This notice does not commit the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) to issue a solicitation, nor does it restrict FEMA to a particular acquisition approach. Any information provided to FEMA as a result of this RFI is strictly voluntary. Responses will not be returned, nor will FEMA reimburse respondents for the costs of preparing and submitting responses and respondents are responsible for appropriately marking confidential or proprietary information contained in their responses. Please refer to the attached document for further information about this RFI.

Background
The Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA), part of the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), is conducting this Request for Information (RFI) for planning and market research purposes. The goal is to gather information that may assist in the development of an acquisition strategy or future solicitation related to modular office supply and installation. This RFI does not commit FEMA to issue a solicitation or restrict its acquisition approach, and any information provided is voluntary.

Work Details
Respondents are requested to demonstrate their knowledge and experience in the following areas:

1) Supply and installation of modular offices measuring 30 feet by 40 feet;

2) Delivery and installation of HVAC systems along with a 220 V electrical connection;

3) Provision of wrap-around services, which includes purchasing modular office boxes, delivering them to the industrial park in St. Croix, and installing them with connectivity to power lines.

Place of Performance
The construction projects will be performed at the industrial park in St. Croix.
