Modula Vertical Lift Module Preventive and Corrective Maintenance Services

Background
The Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) Distribution Depot Camp Carroll Korea (DDDK) requires preventive and corrective maintenance services for their Modula Vertical Lift Modules (VLMs) to ensure operational availability. The maintenance services will include scheduled Preventive Maintenance (PM) and on-call unscheduled Corrective Maintenance (CM). This Request for Quotation (RFQ) is being issued to establish a Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) purchase order, with Time & Material (T&M) CLINs, for preventative and corrective maintenance services of Camp Carroll's vertical lift modules. The RFQ is being solicited on an Unrestricted basis. The Product or Service Code (PSC) for this acquisition is J039.

Work Details
The contractor is required to perform preventive and corrective maintenance on the Government-owned Modula VLM equipment, including all labor, equipment, tools, materials, replacement parts, and supervision necessary. The Quality Assurance Surveillance Plan (QASP) will be implemented by DLA Distribution to ensure acceptable performance is achieved. The COR shall monitor performance through the QASP as identified in the attached Quality Assurance Surveillance Plan for DLA Distribution. The Contractor's Quality Control Program (QCP) shall demonstrate a prevention-based outlook throughout all areas of performance. Additionally, the contractor shall comply with environmental compliance regulations, safety requirements, and occupational health standards. Government personnel may observe or inspect Contractor operations but may not interfere with Contractor performance.

Period of Performance
The period of performance will be for one base year from 1 May 2024 through 30 April 2025, with four one-year option periods extending through 30 April 2029.

Place of Performance
The place of performance will be at DLA Distribution Depot Camp Carroll Korea.
