Moderization of Enterprise Terminals (MET) Sustainment

Army Contracting Command - Rock Island (ACC-RI) is seeking industry comment and feedback on this DRAFT Request for Proposal for the Modernization of Enterprise Terminals (MET) Sustainment Support prior to the release of a final Request for Proposal. The Modernization of Enterprise Terminals (MET) Sustainment Support requirement is a non-personal services contract to provide sustainment support and engineering services to support satellite communications (SATCOM) terminals managed by the Product Manager Wideband Enterprise Satellite Communications Systems (PdM WESS). This contract includes support for the SATCOM terminals affiliated with the MET and AN/GSC-52 Modernization (52 Mod) programs.

This is a DRAFT Request for Proposal. It does NOT constitute a final Request for Proposal (RFP), nor serve to bind the United States Government (USG) in any way. This DRAFT RFP does not constitute a guarantee of a future RFP or requirement. It should not be assumed that the information contained herein will be representative of the final RFP. Offerors will not be reimbursed for costs associated with reviewing and preparing comments in response to this RFP. The USG is not using this document to negotiate or solicit offers. NO OFFERS ARE REQUESTED OR WILL BE ACCEPTED AT THIS TIME.

The DRAFT RFP is being issued for the sole purpose of receiving questions/comments from potential offerors regarding the procurement of the MET Sustainment requirement and all related incidental hardware, software, and construction, as part of the overall MET Sustainment requirement. Responses are voluntary, not mandatory. This DRAFT RFP will close on 28 AUGUST 2019.
