Background
The solicitation FA2521-25-Q-B181 is issued by the Cape Canaveral Space Force Station, aimed at replacing existing room cubicles and adding demountable floor-to-ceiling walls. Work Details
The contractor is required to provide all labor, equipment, materials, and supervision necessary for the renovation of cubicles in specified rooms (110, 116, 117, 118, 119, 121, 127, 131, 173, and 191). The specific tasks include:
- Demolition of existing workstations, cabinets, and furniture.
- Procurement and assembly of new furniture and demountable walls according to approved floor plans.
- Provision of certified electricians to disconnect power from existing workstations and rewire as needed for the new configuration.
- Installation of new LAN cabling through the new furniture frames.

Detailed specifications for Room 110 include:
1. L-shaped front counter with overhead cabinets and LED under bin lights.
2. Dimensions: approx. 12 x 6 feet with multiple outlet strips and USB connectors.
3. Demountable clear glass wall approx. 10’ 11” wide.
4. Lockable solid frame door with frosted glass insert.
5. Overhead storage with LED lighting in rear cubicles.
6. Electric stand-sit desks with monitor arms.
7. At least two dual 120V power outlets in each cubicle.
8. Task chairs that are adjustable for height and back support.
