MOC/BMD/TYCOM Support Services - Only Seeking RFP Responses from current Seaport NxG Contract Holders

Background
The Naval Information Forces (NAVIFOR) is seeking contractor support services for Maritime Operations Center (MOC), Ballistic Missile Defense (BMD), and Type Command (TYCOM) to enhance warfighting capabilities and address operational gaps.
This contract is a follow-on requirement to Seaport Task Order N0018923F3011, aimed at supporting the Navy's mission of operational command and control of naval, joint, and combined forces.

Work Details
The contractor will provide a broad range of technical services to support force development across Operational-level of War (OLW)/MOC functional areas.
Key tasks include:
- Coordinating and tracking OLW/MOC stakeholder efforts.
- Providing expert recommendations to advance future OLW/MOC warfare capabilities.
- Supporting the Fleet MOC Standardization Council (FMSC) in prioritizing warfighting gaps and recommending solutions.
- Assisting in the development and maintenance of MOC policies, procedures, training, and equipping requirements.
- Conducting workshops to capture fleet capability needs and improve readiness.

Period of Performance
The contract will be performed over a base year with four option years, each lasting 12 months, plus an additional 6-month option for further support if needed.

Place of Performance
The work will be conducted on-site at NAVIFOR in Suffolk, VA.
