Background
The 9th Contracting Squadron at Beale Air Force Base, California is soliciting sources to establish a Blanket Purchase Agreement for organizational laundry services supporting the 9th Logistics Readiness Squadron.
The contract’s goal is to ensure reliable pick-up, cleaning, and delivery of mobility gear, including chemical, biological, radiological, and nuclear (CBRN) protective clothing and sleeping systems, in accordance with the Performance Work Statement.

Work Details
Provide complete laundry and linen services for mobility gear items:
- CBRN tops and bottoms (nylon/cotton with poplin, slide fasteners, hook-and-loop tape, pocket flaps, hoods with drawcords, elbow patches, sleeve tabs, drawcord bottoms; non-flame resistant)
- White glove 100% cotton knitted inserts
- Sleeping bags (rip-stop nylon with insulation: patrol sleeping bag, intermediate cold weather bag, large/small stuff sacks, bivy cover)

Tasks include:
- Pick up and deliver items as needed to Building 1023 at 19300 Lockheed Drive
- Operate on weekdays from 0700 to 1500 PST
- Furnish signed pick-up/delivery tickets summarizing counts or weights
- Deliver cleaned items no later than 14 weekdays after pick-up
- Submit and maintain an approved pick-up/delivery schedule with at least five business days required for any modifications
- Supply and maintain clean, clearly marked carts or containers solely for cleaned items

Process items using specified finish methods per the following codes:
- WDF: wash, dry, fold
- D: tumble dry
- I: flatwork iron
- S/NS/HS/MS/LS: starch levels (standard, none, heavy, medium, light)
- PB: plastic garment bag return
- CF: clear film seal
- OH: hanger return
- DC: dry clean
- etc.

Period of Performance
Services are performed on weekdays between 0700 and 1500 PST throughout the contract period.
Each cleaned batch must be delivered within 14 weekdays of pick-up.

Bidder Requirements
Set-aside status: Small Business Set-Aside – Total (SBA).
Offerors must provide all labor, transportation, equipment, carts or containers necessary to perform the laundry services.
No special security clearance required beyond standard base access procedures.
