Mobile Surveillance Trailer per SOW for Watervliet Arsenal

Background
The solicitation is issued by the Watervliet Arsenal, which is part of the U.S. Army's mission to provide advanced manufacturing capabilities and support for military operations. The goal of this contract is to procure a mobile surveillance trailer equipped with various surveillance technologies to enhance security and monitoring capabilities.

Work Details
The contractor will provide a Turnkey Mobile Surveillance Trailer as specified in the Statement of Work (SOW). The details include:
- 1 EACH Commander 3400 Mobile Surveillance Trailer (or an equivalent product) with the following features:
- 36 ft. stabilized mast
- Gas generator
- 1200Ah AGM battery pack
- Shore power
- 600w Solar Panel
- 4MP 360 w/PTZ IR camera
- 8MP multi-Sensor camera
- 8MP Fixed Camera
- 1080p IR WDR Camera with License Preinstalled VMS and 16TB storage
- Cradle point cell router
- Additional equipment includes:
- 1 EACH Avigilon NVR6 STD FORM D (16TB, Rack Mount, Windows 10, with a five-year onsite next business day support)
- Various Avigilon cameras and accessories including:
- H6A Bullet IR camera (8MP)
- H5A Multisensor camera (32MP)
- Outdoor pendant mount adapter for H5A Multisensor
- Dome bubble and cover for outdoor mounting
- Wall mount for large pendant camera
- Optical IR illuminator ring for use with H4AMH-DO-COVR1
- PTZ camera (4MP,30x)
- Pendant arm for mounting.

The contractor will also program and configure the mobile surveillance system, train end users on the VMS platform, and deliver the system to the designated site.

Period of Performance
120 days after contract award.
