Background
The solicitation is for Mobile Protected Firepower. The document includes responses to questions received regarding the solicitation, including updates and amendments to the RFP. Work Details
The three referenced paragraphs that detail credibility of substantiating data all slightly differ.
M.4.2.1.2.1 will be updated in an upcoming RFP amendment to state 'After Bid Sample Evaluation and Armor Coupon data (excluding propulsion test data), US Government test data (excluding propulsion test data) will be considered more credible than independent third party test data, which will be considered more credible than offeror/supplier test data, which will be considered more credible than other substantiating data.'
Attachment 40 is locked, therefore contractor markings or updates to the distribution statement cannot be added.
An RFP Amendment is anticipated but will not be released before 1 March.
