Description

On 28 June 2022, Army Contracting Command Detroit Arsenal executed a contract modification P00050 under W56HZV-19-C-0036, with a $1.14B target value, to General Dynamics Land Systems for the production and fielding of MPF vehicles. This modification includes three option years to procure up to 96 each LRIP vehicles (Fixed Price Incentive Fee), 8 each Retrofit/Refurb MPF Vehicles (Firm Fixed Price), Logistics Products (Firm Fixed Price), Contractor Support to Government Test (Firm Fixed Price), Data and Patent Background Rights (Firm Fixed Price), and 2 ordering years for STS (Cost Plus Fixed Fee). This initial action exercises the options for 25 each LRIP MPF Vehicles, 8 each Retrofit/Refurb Vehicles, Logistics Products, Contract Support to Government Test, and Data and Patent Rights with a target value of $409.92M (incrementally funded).
