Background
The contract is issued by the Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) to procure Mobile Power Carts for distribution at both CONUS (Continental United States) and OCONUS (Outside Continental United States) destinations. The goal of this contract is to provide mobile power solutions that enhance operational efficiency and support various equipment used by the agency.

The contract includes the following specifications for Mobile Power Carts:

1. **Power Cart with Swappable Battery**:

- Battery: 2 Swappable Lithium-Ion Batteries with an 8-hour battery life and a 4-hour charging time, capable of powering:

- Standard Issue Mouse
- Thick Client Laptop
- Intermec Label Printer
- Kyocera Document Printer
- Honeywell BC Scanners.

2. **Power Cart with Fixed Battery**:
- Dimensions: 30” L x 25” W x 44” H
- Weight: up to 175 lbs
- Features are identical to the Swappable Battery version but includes a single Lithium-Ion Battery.

3. **Power Cart with Fixed Battery Large**:
- Dimensions: 57” L x 29” W x 43” H
- Weight: up to 275 lbs
- Features are similar to the previous models but designed for larger capacity.

4. **Swappable Lithium-Ion Battery**:
- Specifications match those of the batteries used in the Power Cart with Swappable Battery.
