Description

Contractor shall provide all labor, material, tools,equipment,maintenance, and repair of all Contractor furnished equipment (including a mobile trailer/unit), specialized staff, training, required supplies, and medications/drugs necessary to perform Positron Emission Tomography/Computerized Tomography (PET/CT) Services IAW Performance Work Statement (PWS).

Period of Performance: Base Year Apr 1, 2024 to Mar 31, 2025
With four (4) one (1) year options.

Background
The contract is for the provision of all labor, material, tools, equipment, maintenance, and repair of all Contractor furnished equipment (including a mobile trailer/unit), specialized staff, training, required supplies, and medications/drugs necessary to perform Positron Emission Tomography/Computerized Tomography (PET/CT) Services IAW Performance Work Statement (PWS). The period of performance is from April 1, 2024, to March 31, 2025, with four one-year options. The solicitation authority is 38 U.S.C. 8153 and VAAR Part 873.

Work Details
The contractor is required to provide Mobile Positron Emission Tomography/Computerized Tomography (PET/CT) Services for Charles George (Asheville) VAMC, Hampton VAMC, and Salem VAMC. The services include providing labor, material, tools, equipment maintenance and repair of all Contractor furnished equipment including a mobile trailer/unit. The contractor must also provide specialized staff, training, required supplies, and medications/drugs necessary to perform PET/CT Services. The estimated coverage includes providing services for up to fifteen patients per day each weekday for a flat daily lease rate of the mobile trailer at the mentioned VAMCs.

Period of Performance
The period of performance for the base year is from April 1, 2024, to March 31, 2025. Additionally, there are four one-year options available after the base year.

Place of Performance
The contract will be performed at Charles George (Asheville) VAMC, Hampton VAMC, and Salem VAMC.
