Background
This solicitation is issued by the 76 AMXG for the procurement of two (2) mobile overhead fall protection ladder systems. The contract is aimed at enhancing safety measures for personnel working at heights, aligning with OSHA regulations. The contract is set aside 100% for small businesses, and the delivery location is Tinker Air Force Base, Oklahoma.

Work Details
The contractor is required to provide two (2) Mobile Overhead Fall Protection Ladder Systems with the following specifications:
- Ladder constructed from either aluminum or steel.
- Freestanding design for stability.
- Portable with a minimum of four (4) wheels.
- Capable of being towed at speeds up to 5 mph with a tow bar that can be stowed during non-transport.
- Visual level indicators and heavy-duty manual leveling jacks (minimum six).
- Provides 100% fall protection for up to two users, supporting each user up to 310 lbs.
- Fall arrest anchors rated for a minimum working load of 5000 lbs., capable of rotating and adjusting height.
- Operational height range of at least 15 to 23 feet with manual adjustment via winch assembly.
- Platform specifications: Minimum length of 4 feet, maximum length of 7 feet, minimum width of 1.75 feet, maximum width of 3 feet, and capable of supporting a minimum of 310 lbs.
- Guardrails on two long sides compliant with OSHA standards.
- Fully assembled prior to delivery and includes an Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) manual.

The products will be delivered to Tinker Air Force Base, Oklahoma.
