Background
The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) is seeking information for the rental of a mobile office trailer and associated services at Lock & Dam 25, located in Winfield, Missouri.

This announcement serves as a Sources Sought Notice to identify potential businesses that are interested and capable of performing the required work. The goal is to gather information for planning purposes and to determine the type of competition for this acquisition.

Work Details
The contract involves the following tasks and services:
1. Mobile Office Trailer Rental:
- Size: 12’x60’
- Rental Duration: 2 years
- Delivery Location: Lock and Dam 25, 10 Sandy Slough Road, Winfield, Missouri 63389

2. Handicap Portable Toilet Service:
- Service Duration: 2 years
- No sanitary sewer or tank required; no water hook-up needed; must include hand sanitizer service in both trailer and portable toilet.

3. Office Furnishings:
- Commercial-grade furniture built to withstand heavy usage for 6 workstations, including ergonomic chairs with adjustable height and lumbar support.
- Adequate lighting, electrical outlets, and HVAC must be included to accommodate 6 people.

4. Conference Room Package:
- Rectangular table seating up to 6 people comfortably with separate chairs; wall-mounted 60-inch monitor; wall-mounted or roller whiteboard.

5. Kitchen Appliances:
- Top-freezer refrigerator (minimum capacity of 8.5 cubic feet), table, commercial-grade microwave, and industrial coffee maker included in the trailer.

6. Parking Lot Construction:
- Placement of an 8-inch-thick section of aggregate base on a 1,600 square foot parking lot adjacent to the trailer using materials from MoDOT spec 1007.

7. Electric Hookup Coordination:
- Coordinate with Ameren Missouri for temporary electrical service from an existing riser pole to the trailer.

8. Maintenance Terms:
- The rental agreement must cover replacement or repair of broken or unserviceable items throughout the contract duration, along with details on maintenance schedules.

Period of Performance
The rental period is set for two years, with delivery expected around October 29, 2024.
